Should V9Bet suspect that you have failed to abide by the terms of this provision, V9Bet shall have the right, in addition to any other remedy, to freeze or suspend your account with V9Bet in order to carry out further investigations. 3. Account Information and Personal Information

You are only deemed to have placed a bet if you are a Registered Customer at the Website, and your bet is deemed to be placed from the jurisdiction of the Internet Protocol Address recorded by V9Bet from where you are accessing the Website. IN THE EVENT OF COMMUNICATIONS OR SYSTEM ERRORS OCCURING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SETTELMENT OF ACCOUNTS OR OTHER FEATURES OR COMPONENTS OF THE SOFTWARE NEITHER V9Bet NOR OUR SOFTWARE PROVIDER WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY COSTS, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR CLAIMS ARISING RESULTING FROM SUCH ERRORS. V9Bet FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT IN THE EVENT OF SUCH ERRORS TO REMOVE ALL RELEVANT GAMES FROM THE SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE AND TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS.
         5. You hereby acknowledge that it is not in V9Bet’s control how you use the Software. You load and use the Software at your own risk and in no event shall V9Bet be held liable to you for any direct, consequential, incidental or special damage or loss of any kind (except personal injury or death resulting from our negligence).
         6. The Software may include confidential information which is secret and valuable to the Software Provider and/or V9Bet. You are not entitled to use or disclose that confidential information other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
      3. You agree to fully pay any and all payments due to us or any third party in connection with the use of the Online Sportsbook. You further agree not to make any charge-backs and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your due payments and in any such event, you will refund and compensate V9Bet for such unpaid payments including any expenses incurred by V9Bet in the process of collecting your payment.
      4. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, V9Bet’s decision will be final and binding.
      5. V9Bet reserves the right to reasonably withhold any pay out or winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction in order to ensure that payment of the winning amount is being made to the correct person. For this purpose, V9Bet further reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to demand that you will provide V9Bet with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction.
      6. In the event that V9Bet will suspect fraud or fraudulent activity on your part or any of your payments are charged back, V9Bet will have the right to withhold any pay-out or winning amounts due to you and if necessary, to lawfully collect any payments owed by you.
      7. V9Bet reserves the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount or amend any policy in the event that we suspect that you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) other promotions; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game.
8. Sports Betting Rules
   1. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Sports Betting Rules shall apply to the Customer and be binding upon you in respect of your Participation in the Sportsbook.
   2. You agree to be bound by the Sports Betting Rules, which are hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

   The construction, validity and performance of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the Philippines. However, this shall not prevent V9Bet from bringing any action in the court of any other jurisdiction for injunctive or similar relief. The English language version of this Agreement will prevail over any other language version issued by V9Bet.

10. Self Exclusion

    As part of our responsible gaming policy you may at any time contact us to limit your play or to exclude yourself totally from V9Bet, you may set the parameters as to how you wish to be self excluded. You have the option of limiting your playing criteria temporarily for any period up to one year or having your playing criteria permanently limited. The third option available is that you can have your account permanently shut down.

    1. The procedure to set up self exclusion parameters is as follows:

       • Account identifier to be excluded and contact details
       • Period for temporary exclusion (1 day to 1 year)
       • Any limits to be placed on your deposit activity and length of time for this limit. Note this may be a permanent request
       • Any limits to be placed on your session times and length of time for this limit. Note this may be a permanent request
       • Any limits to be placed on your wagering activity and length of time for this limit. Note this may be a permanent request
       1. On receipt of correct information, V9Bet will confirm in writing that your requests have been implemented.
       2. At the end of the exclusion (if applicable) we will automatically reset your account. For customers who request permanent limitations resetting does not apply.
       3. To permanently shut down your account, please contact V9Bet at cs@v9betvn.com notifying us of your request. Please include the following information:
          • Account identifier
          • Contact details
          • All account inquiries and changes will be subject to verification
11. Promotions

    V9Bet General Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Unless specified, all events, campaigns and promotions are applicable for the current year.
    2. All bonuses or monetary reward are non-transferrable.
    3. V9Bet reserves the right to perform targeted-marketing and targeted-offering of event, campaigns, and promotions. Only intended recipients of such events, campaigns and promotions may be notified or participate. Eligibility may not be transferred.
    4. Our events, campaigns and promotions are for entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to change, modify or terminate the events, campaigns and promotions, or any aspect of it, at any time with or without prior notice.
    5. Certain events, campaigns and promotions are automatic/assumed participation. If members would like to reject or forgo participation, please contact customer service for assistance.
    6. Any used bonuses or monetary reward credited into the member’s account will be deemed agreement to participation of event, campaign and promotion and its full terms and conditions.
    7. For definition purposes:
       • Eligible stakes mentioned in any event, campaign and promotion terms and conditions are calculated based on successful and resulted bet(s). Bets that resulted in a draw, is voided, or cancelled will not be considered as eligible stake.
       • Bets placed on odds price below 0.75 (Hong Kong) or 1.75 (Euro) in Sportsbook or any betting behavior deemed to be without risk-taking will not be considered as eligible stake.
    8. Turnover requirements promotion terms and conditions will start calculating only after the bonuses/monetary reward have been credited into the member’s account. If turnover is a prerequisite to the fulfilment of a promotion terms and conditions, the turnover computation will commence from the day the member confirms participation.
    9. Certain promotions may require completing the turnover within a given period. Failure to complete the necessary requirements will result in retraction of the monetary reward and any profit brought upon from the use of the reward credited into the member’s account.
    10. The turnover requirements from participated events and promotions will be reset when member’s balance falls below VND 10,000 / THB 20. This will deem forfeiture and unable to continue fulfilling the terms and conditions of the specified events and promotions.
    11. All terms and conditions of an event, campaign and promotion must be fulfilled to win/withdraw.
    12. All events, campaigns and promotions are targeted for recreational and genuine members only. Intended players will participate campaigns and promotions in an honest, appropriate behavior and engage in risk-taking activity. It is the prerogative of V9Bet management team in determining if a behavior is deemed abnormal or risk-free wager. Violations of such terms and conditions will result in retracting the monetary reward and any profit brought upon from the use of the reward and any affiliate commission associated to the wagers in question.
    13. Members must be at least 21 years old and above at the time of account registration to be eligible to participate in any event, campaigns, and promotions. V9Bet may at any time require members to provide documentations to verify members identity, age, or source of funds.
    14. If member have been selected to undergo the verification process, member must complete the verification before he/she may be allowed to continue transacting or receive any monetary reward. Failure to cooperate or provide the necessary relevant documentations will result in an agreement to forfeit any balances remaining in the account.
    15. All promotional bonus offer is limited to one claim per individual/family/legally registered address/email address/telephone number/bank account/IP Address/mobile device/shared computer environment (e.g., internet café). We reserve the right to retract all monetary rewards and any profit brought upon from the use of the reward from any individual member or group of members.
    16. If members are found to abuse with multiple accounts, cheat, violate or misuse the terms and conditions to maliciously benefit from the promotions offer, V9Bet reserves the right to close member’s account / refrain account login and remove all future promotion participation eligibility and at the same time retract all monetary reward and any profit brought upon from the use of the reward. It is the prerogative of V9Bet management team to determine if a member’s behavior and action meets the definition of this abuse/violations of the terms and conditions.
    17. It is the responsibility of the members to protect their account login details and by participating in any events and promotion, member understood and agree that V9Bet holds the copyright and intellectual property rights. Under relevant data protection measures, without the need for any authorization or fee, V9Bet is allowed to use information and data extracted from the event and promotions as marketing materials.
    18. Apart from the promotion terms and conditions, members must also abide to the website’s general terms and conditions of use. If any member found to have violated the general terms and conditions, V9Bet has the right to take corresponding measures against violators.
    19. Members participating in the offers and activities agree and ensure that their personal actions will not cause any loss or damage to V9Bet, including its legal representatives, partners, subsidiaries, agencies and their managers, directors, employees, and agents.
    20. V9Bet employees and their relatives and employees of partners and their relatives are not allowed to participate in any activities and promotions launched by V9Bet. The definition of "relative" refers to spouse, partner, parents, children, or siblings. The scope of the rules and regulations includes employees and their relatives within six months of leaving the company and the partner company.
    21. In the event of any disputes concerning the eligibility for participation, bonus rewards, betting rules and terms, the management of V9Bet will hold the final decision.
    22. The English language version of all V9Bet terms and conditions shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy through the course of translation.
12. Dormant Account
    1. V9Bet conduct periodic checks on member accounts with no monetary activity (such as deposit, withdrawal, or wager) after a specified period of 6 (six) months and shall deem these as dormant accounts.
    2. When an account is classified as Dormant, V9Bet will give 2 (two) notices pertaining to dormant accounts: (1) commencement of dormancy period; and (2) escheat of account pursuant to the unclaimed balances.
    3. Notifications will be made through electronic communication channels based on available member’s profile information. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure contact information are up to date.
    4. Account will first enter dormant status when account has no monetary activity for 6 (six) months. During dormancy period, members can continue to have access to their V9Bet account and any remaining balances. Any transactions executed will restore the account status back to normal.
    5. If an account remains in dormancy status for another 6 (six) months; a total of 12 (twelve) months dormancy period, V9Bet will notify members 14 (fourteen) days before the start of proceedings for escheat or the transfer of unclaimed balances to nominated charity(ies) and good causes. V9Bet reserve the right to transfer unclaimed balances from dormant accounts and proceed with account closure. Request to reclaim or reverse dormant account or balances will not be achievable.
